Holly’s bar & kitchen
Tucked away beside The Budgie Bar, Holly’s is our softer side, a place to slow down, sip something special and share stories over good food and great drinks. inspired by Melbourne’s wine and cocktail bar culture but with a true ‘burbs feel, Holly’s blends style with comfort, elegance with warmth and great drinks with even better food. Holly’s is perfect for our large group dining, available for groups up to 16 with our big family style table, groups over 8 can enjoy our Chef’s Selection Feed Me menu that will have you tasting the range of italian inspired bites and plates throughout a delicious 1.5 hours.

The Warehouse, the original space of The Budgie. The wide, open floor plan space is perfect for any event or to just book a table and watch the bustling Friday and Saturday nights of the bar in operation. The Budgie boasts a unique industrial fit out including a concrete bar, shipping container seating area (available for larger group bookings), copper bar fount, Cactus Corner and spray art beer garden, giving your wedding, event or an instagram-able night an extra impressive look.

A White Room to drop jaws or an exclusive booking area for your boutique Budgie Bar experience. The White Room is one of the most diverse and adaptable spaces in our venue. cacti corner
The Palm Springs inspired cacti corner features 7 different species of cacti for you to admire (and hopefully not touch). Complete with beautiful pink walls, grassy floors and an eye popping turquoise valeur bench seat this space is the perfect instagram spot, it even comes with natural and studio lighting!
